Yes, you read that right- I am going to Hong Kong again! :D
If you have been following me, you would know that I brought my lil sister, baby princess, to Hong Kong Disneyland earlier this year. Yeah, the one my mom told me I should spent my time with my family after I went backpacking to Laos for a month. It was fun but I had the 4 days being a parent to my sister- didn't have much fun for myself but am glad baby princess had fun! :P
So when yesterday I got an email inviting me to participate in Discover Hong Kong Disneyland Challenge Trail- all I can reply to the PR was "I'm in! :D" (I was busy volunteering at Lassie Langkawi). Not only that I will be going back to Hong Kong and Hong Kong Disneyland, this challenge trail will be filmed and aired on the NTV7 Breakfast Show - a famous local morning-english-coffee-show in Malaysia!
I was also told that I will be running alongside some of Malaysia's famous bloggers- Redmummy, BeautifulNara and Bwincessnana. I feel so small! Nonetheless while tweeting them- I can see how excited we are to race among each other in Hong Kong Disneyland!
I will be flying there on the 7th October- till then I will keep you guys updated and might need your help while am racing there! Till then, keep on travelling peeps! :D

The Hong Kong Disneyland Park!
So, after the drive from home to the airport, board the flight, immigration and lost in the Hong Kong MTR system, we finally stepped our foot on the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ground!
I have to be honest; I shed some tears when I saw the Mickey Mouse signs and the music that were being played in the park.
We arrived just in time for the Flights of Fantasy Parade. Yes the Flights of Fantasy Parade! Plus we were given our own section with our own tour guide. *They really guard our section* How cool!
When Baby Princess saw the first glimpse of theFlights of Fantasy Parade., her facial expressions were priceless:
“Brotherrrrr, I see it! I see it!”
“Are they coming here? If not I wanna climb on your shoulder” (You serious girl?LOL)
“OMG! Brother, Mickey!” (Her face was glowing, like so funny glowing!haha)
And then the unthinkable happened, baby princess got pulled into the Flights of Fantasy Parade.. She was like “brother you sure I can go?” and I said “Yeahhhh, goooo! LOL” . I guess that made her dream came true to dance and play with the Disney’s Characters.
Please don’t miss the Parade, it is one of the must do things in Hong Kong Disneyland!
After the parade, baby princess told me that she saw “Toy Story Land” in the map and begged me to bring her there first. ( I tell you this girl can read when it comes to cartoon and toys! :P)
She was scared to ride the Toy Soldier Parachute Drop, so I obliged. Well, it was her trip , she was the boss! (kasi chance lah) . So we rode on the Slinky Dog Spin, very children but I liked it too! Hhahaha.
Before coming to Hong Kong Disneyland, I already knew that I need to ride on the Jungle River Cruise in the Adventureland. I know baby princess was scared but I kinda laughed seeing her frantic face as we cruise along the river!
I didn’t snap much photo coz I know there were many surprised and I didn’t want to get my camera wet. But I have to tell you, this is one of the best ride! Spooky, slightly creepy and full of surprises!
*pssstt… sit by the side of the boat. SIT THERE* ;)
In the map, I saw the Grizzly Gulch and told myself I wanna do it! The ride is called Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars which to me is perfect for your riders. But I guess having a little sister who don't want to do the ride, I obliged. (Again) . Well at least she had fun playing the water gun there.
Since it was already late, we when to eat and waited patiently in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle with everyone for the Disney in the Stars Fireworks. Boyyyy I only saw this in the tv and youtube before and now I got to see it in flesh! *sniffles*
Well, a big brother can’t say no ah?
After a good night rest (With drama with baby princess, she got too excited she didn’t want to sleep), we continued our fun time at Hong Kong Disneyland.
I don’t know why but the 2nd time we were there, a lot of people were there too. Since both baby princess and I like Buzz Lighter, we headed down to Tomorrowland first! We got our Fastpass and got into the fast track lane and voila we were in Buzz LightyearAstro Blasters! :D
Btw, that high mark is mine. I shot a jackpot I guess.haha
Before leaving park, we went to The Golden Mickey show at the Storybook Theater. Baby princess was a little bit scared as the dimmed the whole theatre. But she was glowing in smile when the curtain dropped and Mickey & Minnie walked out!
I was smiling too. Who wouldn’t?
I had a great time with my little sister in Hong Kong Disneyland. It was the perfect place for us to bond and create memories, considering how busy we both are (me with my traveling and baby with her school)
It was a good break from our life. You should do it too, check out more of the park information here.
I think baby princess’ photo here summed up perfectly on what we experienced at Hong Kong Disneyland. Fun, FUN and more FUN! :D
More stories on my trip to Hong Kong Disneyland soon! Till then, keep on traveling peeps.

Disney Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong Disneyland!
I don’t usually stay
in hotel but I have to tell you Disney Hollywood Hotel in Hong Kong Disneyland is
just top notch! Plus “baby princess” (my
little sister) was with me, so a place like this hotel makes the whole trip
much more comfortable.
When we arrived, we
were already late for our lunch at Crystal Lotus, the restaurant is in Hong Kong Disneyland
Hotel. So there was baggage keeping service. So easy, so that you don’t
have to drag your bag around since our room wasn’t ready when we arrived.
I didn’t get to our
room when we arrived as my little sister was already pulling me to get into
Hong Kong Disneyland. I only get to see the room when we got back and
boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy was I surprised?!
0.o
I kept looking at baby
princess and asked her “baby, did we get the right room” . Obviously that girl
was just too excited that she just walked in and start going around.
“brother, look mickey
bed!”
“OMG brother, look
mickey toilet stuffs!” (then took the toiletries to play on the bed.LOL)
“Brotherrrr…Mickey
channel all for myself”
I suggest that if you
come with your family or friends, to book a night or two here at the hotel and
enjoy complimentary shuttle buses to and for Hong Kong Disneyland as well as
staying connected to other part of Hong Kong via the MTR.
Glad she liked the
room and I personally loved it! More on the Hong Kong Disneyland stories soon!
Till then, keep on traveling peeps! :D

I'm in Hong Kong!
Some of you might know about this, some of you might thought that am still in Laos. But yeah, still couldn't believe myself that I am now in Hong Kong! I flew in last Thursday morning via Airasia on their really morning flight and surprisingly it was one the best flight I've had in a while (and that's coming from a person who suffers a flying anxiety.) LOL
This time I am not travelling alone, I have my 8 years old sister with me as well as another blogger and her son. Heads up, salute to all mothers out there, I honestly say that I don't have the patience to handle children. T_T
Oh yeah, we are now in DisneyLand Hong Kong! Crazy amazing, finally after waiting my whole lifetime to visit DisneyLand, I get to do it here in Hong Kong! ;)
The only thing I couldn't stand about Hong Kong is some of their people's hostility. Rude, bad-tempered, selfish and obvious stressful. I couldn't count how many times that I've been harshly pushed, shouted at, or just being treated plain rude.
I don't know, is it because Hong Kong is too crowded that people are just too stressful even to help a lost foreigner? To give way to children? or to not Q-up accordingly?
That being said, Hong Kong is actually a pretyy awesome country albeit that scale of its islands. I've so far travelled undersea via its MTR Train, on the rustic-looking ferry and in the Hong Kong-Movie taxi!
The weather is very unpredictable actually, yesterday it was THAT COLD and today I finally got to see the sun! Still, it is wayyy too cold from my Malaysian body! And yeah, this is the only place on my one year travelling days that I've spent A LOT ON SHOPPING. T_T
Talk about bringing a kid eh? You ended up buying lots of things for her and it is not cheap here in Hong Kong but yeah, money can't buy the smile on my sister's face. I can still work to get the money eh? ;)
*am shivering while writing this, it is cold! Till then, keep on travelling peeps! :D
